1. Introduction

Welcome to ReadyFlow! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Services Provided

ReadyFlow provides AI-assisted website development, pre-built website templates, Shopify services, and code editing services. Our services are subject to the specific plans and features selected by you.

3. User Accounts

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Payment for services must be made in full before the commencement of AI code generation or service delivery.
• Prices for custom development are estimates. Final quotes will be confirmed during the design review process.

5. Custom Website Development: Revisions, Approvals & Guarantees

5.1. Design Revisions & Finality

• For custom website development, we offer up to **two (2) free design revisions** based on your feedback after the initial code generation and design presentation.
• These revisions are intended solely for fine-tuning the design to your satisfaction within the scope of your initial requirements.
• **Re-do attempts (revisions) are part of the design refinement process and do not entitle you to a refund of the service fee for subjective dissatisfaction.**
• Your final approval signifies your complete acceptance of the design. Once approved, the design is considered final and no further subjective revisions will be provided.

5.2. Deployment Guarantee

ReadyFlow guarantees the deployment of your approved custom website within **24 hours of your final design approval**.

• If we fail to deploy your approved website within this 24-hour timeframe, **the deployment service fee will be waived, and the deployment will be entirely FREE.**
• This guarantee pertains specifically to the deployment service and does not imply a refund of the entire project cost.

5.3. Refund Policy for Custom Development

Our general policy is that **no refunds are provided after payment** due to the immediate allocation of resources and commencement of AI generation. However, in specific circumstances:

• **Refunds Due to ReadyFlow's Technical Fault:** In the rare event that the generated code or deployed website contains **critical technical issues, bugs, or severe deviations from your specified requirements that are demonstrably our fault and cannot be rectified** after a thorough inspection by our technical team, a refund of **80% of the paid amount** may be issued. This is an exception to our strict no-refund policy and covers the irreversible processing costs incurred.
• **No Refunds After Exhausting Revisions:** As explicitly stated, no refunds will be issued for subjective dissatisfaction after you have utilized your two free revisions, or after final design approval and deployment.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights for the custom website code generated specifically for you will transfer to you. ReadyFlow retains the right to use the completed project in its portfolio and for marketing purposes. ReadyFlow's own branding, tools, and underlying AI technology remain the property of ReadyFlow.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Engaging in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal.
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the service.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReadyFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least [e.g., 30 days'] notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
